In the main body of the home page there are six main functions

1. Picayune Real Estate Search- this is the link to the live MLS database feed where you can search over 1,500 properties for sale in Picayune, ms and the surrounding areas. Every listed property with every real estate agency is found here. I have an agreement with the other agencies to show and sell any property listed here.

2. Search Assist- this is one of the most powerful features of the website. This feature allows you to search the MLS database and if you don't find what you're looking for it will send you an email notification the instant a property that matches your search criteria becomes available.

3. Selling Your Real Estate- this will take you to a the seller's section that features hundreds of tips and useful information about selling your property, getting it ready to sell and the sales process. There are tips on staging, selecting the right agent and pricing.

4. Buying Real Estate- this will take you to the buyer's section with lots of tips and information on how to purchase real estate including the process of buying, selecting a great lender, getting the home you really want and more.

5. Picayune Real Estate News- this section features local, regional and national news and market reports to keep you informed of what is really going on in the real estate market.

6. Picayune Real Estate Values- want to know what your home is worth? Fill out this form and one of our listing specialists will prepare a free market analysis of your property.
